A: Changes before production is free, lead time restarts from new approval. After printing starts: we'll assess the progress, quote reprint costs if necessary, or offer express production. Use artwork review to minimise late changes.

A: Dye-sublimation converts dyes to gas at high temperature, bonding into fibres. Benefits include permanent colour, washability, no cracking, and seamless printing for large textiles, ideal for tension frames and fabric walls and displays.

A: Colour management across pre-production, calibrated printers, inline monitoring, and digital job records for repeat orders; physical proofs available for critical jobs.

A: Yes, we provide B1 rating certificate where applicable. Certificates are supplied with material orders and are specific to the substrate used. Note: the fire rating applies to the base fabric/substrate; our dye-sublimation inks are water-based and do not affect rating.

Frontlit (Jet Display): standard polyester for tension frames. Backlit (Lumiweave): engineered for even LED diffusion. Blockout (Fabriblock): 100% light-blocking for double-sided displays. All are available with B1 certification.

A: Dye-sublimation fabric: machine washable 30-40°C with mild detergent. UV-printed rigid: wipe clean with damp cloth; do not machine wash.

A: Yes, we pre-flight files at no-charge for technical checks. Chargeable services include file rebuilding, resizing, color-matching and conversion of unsuitable formats; we quote prior to work.

A: We are primarily a manufacturer/printer. We provide technical artwork preparation but do not offer creative design services to avoid competing with agencies and stand builders. We can recommend trusted exhibition designers where needed.

A: It depends on the size & viewing distance. Large backdrops viewed from several metres can use a minimum of 100-150 dpi; close-up graphics need a minimum of 150–300 dpi. We will assess files and advise on suitability or alternatives.

A: We manufacture for major modular systems (SEGO, Aluvision, BeMatrix, Foga, Spirit-Tex, Tecna T3, Unibox) plus SEG silicone-edge systems and bespoke frames. You can provide manufacturer/model/dimensions for exact fit.

A: Yes, direct-to-venue is standard. We regularly serve NEC Birmingham, ExCeL London, Manchester Central, SEC Glasgow, Olympia and more. Provide venue name, show and stand number when ordering.

A: Options: tracked courier (DPD/DHL, etc.Direct-to-venue deliveries or collection from our Leeds office.
