No, there is no minimum order value or quantity requirement. We handle single banners through to full stand graphics and high-volume production. Many stand builders start with a small test order to evaluate our quality before committing to larger projects.

Our pre-production team reviews all artwork files at no charge as part of our quality control process. This includes resolution checks, colour profile verification, bleed and safe zone confirmation, and file setup optimisation.

We only charge for substantial artwork services, such as design from scratch, major corrections or physical proofs.

Yes, we run a 24/7 facility, have nine global factories for overflow, and a dedicated express line. Example scenarios include last-minute approvals, damaged graphics and peak season overflow. For urgent jobs, please call rather than email.

Changes made before production starts are free, though the lead time restarts from new approval. After printing starts, we'll assess progress and quote reprint costs if necessary, or offer express production. Using artwork review upfront helps minimise late changes.

Dye-sublimation converts dyes to gas at high temperature, bonding them directly into the fibres of the fabric. Benefits include permanent colour, washability, no cracking, and seamless printing for large textiles, ideal for tension frames, fabric walls and displays.

Quality checks begin at artwork review, followed by inline print monitoring, post-production finishing inspection, a packaging check, and documentation including fire certificates where required.

Yes, we provide a B1 rating certificate where applicable. Certificates are supplied with material orders and are specific to the substrate used. The fire rating applies to the base fabric or substrate; our dye-sublimation inks are water-based and do not affect the rating.

Frontlit (Jet Display) is a standard polyester for tension frames. Backlit (Lumiweave) is engineered for even LED diffusion. Blockout (Fabriblock) is 100% light-blocking for double-sided displays. All are available with B1 certification.

Dye-sublimation fabric is machine washable at 30 to 40 degrees Celsius with a mild detergent. UV-printed rigid material should be wiped clean with a damp cloth; do not machine wash.

Preferred formats are PDF/X-1a or PDF/X-4; we also accept AI, TIFF, high-res JPEG and EPS.

Yes, we pre-flight files at no charge for technical checks. Chargeable services include file rebuilding, resizing, colour-matching and conversion of unsuitable formats; we quote prior to any work.

We are primarily a manufacturer and printer. We provide technical artwork preparation but do not offer creative design services, so as to avoid competing with agencies and stand builders. We can recommend trusted exhibition designers where needed.

It depends on the size and viewing distance. Large backdrops viewed from several metres away can use a minimum of 100 to 150 dpi; close-up graphics need a minimum of 150 to 300 dpi. We'll assess your files and advise on suitability or alternatives.

We manufacture for major modular systems, including SEGO, Aluvision, BeMatrix, Foga, Spirit-Tex, Tecna T3 and Unibox, plus SEG silicone-edge systems and bespoke frames. Provide the manufacturer, model and dimensions for an exact fit.

Yes, direct-to-venue delivery is standard. We regularly serve NEC Birmingham, ExCeL London, Manchester Central, SEC Glasgow, Olympia and more. Provide the venue name, show and stand number when ordering.
