We’re excited to announce that FaberExposize UK has scooped three award nominations at the UK Graphic Awards 2022!

Wide-Format Print Company of the Year (30+ Employees)

Following the COVID-19 pandemic, FaberExposize UK’s management team initiated a £1 million investment program. The investment aimed to expand the factory, upgrade the print machinery, and finishing equipment and recruit more talent. Consequently, the staff members at our company nearly doubled as we acquired two wide format printers and one Zünd cutter. This in turn increased our revenue which we reinvested into sustainability research as well as training programmes for employees. Our expertise and quality control became some of the best in the print industry. What is more, we were able to enhance our capabilities to meet the growing demand for wide format print projects. This nomination serves as recognition for the hard work, ambition, and determination that our employees have demonstrated throughout the year.

Green Award

Despite the growth of the company, we knew we had to make internal and external changes to our business operations. Our goal was to be as sustainable as possible while influencing clients and other print companies to make the switch to green. The factory underwent a series of changes. This included moving our power supply to 100% recycled energy and completely re-evaluating the green claims of our suppliers. Moreover, our Sales and Estimating team began issuing an eco-friendly alternative to each standard quote we received. By educating clients on the benefits eco-friendly products and fabrics, we were also combatting the wrong assumption that eco-friendly products were low quality and less durable. Thus, what started as Action Now, our planet-saving initiative, quickly transformed into a full sustainability guide with a dedicated eco-friendly range of products.   

Rising Star Award

Besides being a print industry leader and an expert on sustainability, FaberExposize UK is also a top employer in Leeds. The training and industry knowledge that we provide is one-of-a-kind. That is why each of our team members is proud to say they work for us. This year our Marketing Executive Iva Dobreva made the shortlist in the Rising Star award category. Iva began her journey as a Marketing Coordinator at FaberExposize UK working two days a week while preparing her final-year dissertation. Throughout the year she worked on several projects overlooking the marketing activity of FaberExposize UK and sister company Northern Flags which earned her a full-time position at our company. We have been really pleased to provide a great entry point for young talent and bring awareness to the tremendous career opportunities our industry can provide.
